Leo and other AI coaching features in Youli are for general fitness and wellness information only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Youli, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
- Auto-renew: Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew automatically.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that time.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies—not by Youli directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, or use Youli in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service or other users.
Intellectual property
Youli, its branding, and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Youli.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
